What makes us different from other agencies is simple – we genuinely care about the work we do. Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, with a strong focus on healthcare and/or professional services sectors. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in roles that match their skills and career aspirations. This is a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. What will you be doing?Source candidates via various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events and referralsConduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet client requirements and standards Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates in healthcare and professional services industriesProvide expert advice and guidance to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment processManage the full recruitment cycle, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and placementMaintain accurate and updated records of candidate and client interactions in the company’s databaseAchieve and exceed individual and team recruitment targets and KPIsStay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide account management with informed insights and recommendationsWhy join Power?Full health and medical benefits coverage State-of-the-art fitness facility access (i.e. gym, basketball court, boxing ring, etc.) Exceptional corporate cultureProfessional developmentCollaborative team environmentConsistent team outings, annual global retreats, corporate events, etc.Requirements:At least 2+ years experience in healthcare and/or professional services (i.e. IT, office and/or finance) Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field Ability to service a diverse portfolio with multiple priorities Experience thriving in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Personable with strong communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in recruitment tools (i.e. LinkedIn and Indeed) and systems Advanced MS Office and willingness to learn new programsExperience with Zoho is a considerable asset “Can-do” attitude with the ability to problem-solve and take-on ad-hoc challenges
