Business Development Manager – Cloud & Infrastructure (GTA)
Are you a driven sales professional looking to make an impact in the cloud and IT services space? Join oXya , a leading tech consulting firm specializing in managing and supporting mission-critical business applications across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. We support mid to large size enterprises worldwide with high-performance, reliable, and flexible IT solutions and cloud managed services. As a Business Development Manager , you’ll lead the charge in expanding our managed Cloud & infrastructure services by:
Building strong relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners
Help shape the go-to-market approach for our managed cloud and infrastructure services.
Collaborating with technical teams to craft tailored solutions
Owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting to proposal to close
Your ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage with both business and technical stakeholders will be critical to success.
New Business Development
Prospect and generate leads through your network, events, and outreach
Qualify opportunities and manage the full sales cycle
Lead proposal development and RFP responses
Collaborate with internal technical teams and presales to deliver compelling solutions
Client & Account Management
Maintain and grow client relationships post-sale
Ensure alignment between sales and delivery teams
Track pipeline and report on progress in CRM
7+ years of B2B sales experience in IT services, Cloud, SAP, or Infrastructure
~ Proven success selling consulting or managed services in the GTA
~ Strong understanding of ERP systems, public/private cloud, DBA, ITIL/Agile
~ Ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders
~ Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
~ Fluent in English; French is a plus
