Your primary responsibility will be managing accounts and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience through our dedicated Clara Shades Partner Portal. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact, driving customer satisfaction and fostering lasting relationships with our partners.Qualifications:Proven Experience: You should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in customer service and inside sales, demonstrating a track record of success in these areas.Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills are essential, including a solid understanding of the MS environment, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
