The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment by performing a variety of administrative tasks. This role will be on-site Monday - Friday (9:00 am - 5:00 p.m.) This is a 6-month contract with the opportunity to go Full Time.Watering and maintaining office plants to ensure a welcoming and aesthetically pleasing workspace.Managing kitchen duties, including keeping the kitchen area clean and organized, stocking supplies. Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing mail and packages in a timely manner.Assisting with general office tasks such as greeting visitors and providing administrative support to various departments as required.Maintaining office equipment and supplies, including order and restocking supplies as needed.Assisting with special projects and other duties as assigned.additional education or training in office administration is a plus.Prior to experience in an administrative role or similar position preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
