This role focuses on providing centralized oversight and delivery of change management activities for large-scale divisional projects and initiatives. They are at a pivotal point in modernizing the processes and systems, enhancing employee experience.Key Responsibilities:Change Management Support: Provide support for global initiatives aimed at transforming HCM department operations.Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct stakeholder mapping and change impact analysis to make strategic recommendations for engagement activities, communications, training, and go-live support.Content Creation: Assist Project Leads in simplifying complex information into digestible content for various forums, including executive talking points and PowerPoint presentations.Meeting Preparation: Support the Change Management Lead in organizing and conducting meetings for internal (HCM) and client stakeholders.Team Collaboration: Assist team members and change champions across multiple teams and locations, ensuring a consistent change management approach tailored to individual project needs.Administrative Tasks: Lead administrative tasks such as meeting scheduling, forum planning, and workshops organization.Qualifications:Experience: 2-4+ years in Change Management or Project Management, with proven change management and project management skills.Education: University degree in a related field.Skills:Strong client focus with excellent judgment, analytical skills, critical thinking, and influencing abilities.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Ability to build relationships across regions and functions, partnering with team members of all levels.Capable of handling uncertainties in a dynamic organization.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-change environment.Strong attention to detail and excellent prioritization skills.Proficient in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and general MS Office applications.
