Work hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm



Position Overview: The Customer Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring an optimal customer experience. They will be interacting with internal and external customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services, both electronically and through telephone. This role requires the Specialist to occasionally send shipments, track return parcels mailed back from customers, check for product accuracy, and process order refunds and credits.


Responsibilities:

  • Deal directly with internal and external customers either by telephone or electronically
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product, service, or order inquiries
  • Direct and field customer requests to the designated departments
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions by utilizing various tools provided
  • Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints and the specifics of actions taken
  • Follow up and review customer interactions
  • Receiving return shipments, unpackaging, organizing and sorting the obtained parcels
  • Creating shipment labels and packing products out quickly and accurately for shipment


Required Experience, Skills & Abilities:

  • Fluent in French considered an asset
  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
  • Proven track record of putting customers first
  • Retail sales experience
  • Strong English communication skills; both oral and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills. Must be able to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and know when to seek guidance
  • Requires a close attention to detail
