Au quotidien : Insight Global recherche des assistants Know Your Customer (KYC) pour soutenir une entreprise du Fortune 500 avec l’intégration de clients commerciaux dans le cadre d’un contrat de 12 mois avec possibilité de prolongation ou de conversion en employé permanent.


  • Intégrer les clients : Vous créerez des expériences d’intégration exceptionnelles pour chaque client potentiel, en veillant à ce que leur documentation réponde aux normes requises, en les aidant avec toutes leurs questions et en collaborant avec eux et les groupes internes pour combler les lacunes éventuelles.
  • Collaborer en interne : Vous interagirez/collaborerez avec des associés en FCRM (Gestion des risques de criminalité financière) et divers autres groupes en contact avec les clients, en veillant à ce que les détails des clients potentiels soient exacts et disponibles en temps opportun, agissant en tant que partenaire pour résoudre toute information manquante avec le prospect.
  • Multitâche et communication : Vous travaillerez sur plusieurs tâches et requêtes d’intégration sensibles au temps. Vous partagerez des informations essentielles avec les clients et les équipes internes.
  • Organiser : Vous respecterez un emploi du temps quotidien et vous vous organiserez pour gérer un volume potentiellement élevé de tâches, de requêtes et d’appels liés aux vérifications KYC.

Day-to-day:

Insight Global is seeking Know Your Customer (KYC) Assistants to support a Fortune 500 company with commercial client onboarding on a 12-month contract with the potential for extension or conversion to permanent employee.

  • Onboard Clients - You'll create exceptional onboarding experiences for each potential client, ensuring their documentation meets required standards, assisting them with any questions they may have, and collaborating with them and internal groups to address any gaps.
  • Partner Internally - You will interact/collaborate with associates in FCRM (Financial Crime Risk Management), and various other client facing groups, ensuring prospective client details are accurate and made available on a timely basis, acting as a partner to address any missing information with the prospect.
  • Multi-Task & Communicate - You will work on multiple time-sensitive onboarding tasks and queries.You will share essential information with clients and internal teams.
  • Organize - You will adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a potentially high volume of tasks, queries and calls relating to KYC checks.
