💼 Job Description:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Performance Creative Ops Director to oversee our creative strategy, editing, and paid media management teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in operations management, with a good understanding of creative processes, video production, paid ads and influencer marketing.


🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes to optimize the performance of the creative, editing, and paid media teams
  • Track project costs and team efficiencies, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative strategy with overall business objectives
  • Manage and mentor team members, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure the creation and execution of high-quality video content, maintaining a focus on service quality and client satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new techniques and technologies into the creative process to enhance output quality. Discuss with stakeholders to continuously improve processes
  • Regularly report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to address any challenges


🎯 Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a creative or marketing environment
  • Strong understanding of creative processes, video production, and influencer marketing
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as project management platforms and analytics dashboards

  • Experience working with ClickUp (minimum of 1 year)
