Required Skills and Responsibilities:

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

•Proven work experience as an Oracle Database Administrator.

•In-depth knowledge of Oracle 18 and 19 database administration.

•Hands-on experience with Oracle Key Vault (OKV) and Global Data Services (GDS).

•Strong understanding of database security, performance tuning, and backup and recovery.

•Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.

•Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

•Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Database Administrator Certified Professional) are a plus.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

•Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle database software and related products, with a focus on versions 18 and 19.

•Manage and support Oracle databases to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability.

•Implement database upgrades and patches in alignment with best practices and company policies.

•Monitor database systems to proactively identify and resolve issues.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement database solutions.

•Develop and maintain backup and recovery strategies for Oracle databases.

•Ensure data integrity and security through appropriate access controls and encryption methods.

•Provide technical support and troubleshooting for database-related incidents.

•Document database configurations, processes, and procedures.

•Stay updated on Oracle technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and optimizations.
