The Technology division at Rogers Communications is seeking a **Senior Business Systems Analyst** to enhance our Fraud, Settlements, and Commissions operations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate business requirements and establish priorities
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to gather and document business needs
  • Convert requirements into detailed functional specifications
  • Design technology solutions that align with business objectives
  • Effectively communicate project goals and progress to stakeholders
  • Assist in testing procedures and record outcomes
  • Manage evolving requirements and prioritize assignments
  • Collaborate with technical teams to architect system designs
  • Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities and compliance issues
  • Support the formulation of business strategies and technical solutions
  • Oversee comprehensive project delivery and ensure adherence to timelines
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology
  • Over 5 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools
  • Experience with Oracle DB, SQL Server, and Azure cloud technologies
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
  • Certifications such as CBAP or CSM are advantageous
