We’re a close-knit, entrepreneurial team focused on reliability, transparency, and strong carrier and customer relationships.We’re currently looking for a Brokerage Operations Coordinator to support our operations and ensure smooth day-to-day execution of shipments. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and offers long-term growth potential within our expanding brokerage division.What You’ll DoManage daily freight operations, including load booking, tracking, and communication.Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and customers to ensure on-time service.Update and maintain shipment data accurately in the TMS.Resolve service issues quickly and professionally during business hours and after-hours support.Support the Operations Manager with process improvement and margin tracking.Contribute to a strong operations culture built on accountability and communication.What You Bring2+ years of experience in freight brokerage, dispatch, or logistics operations.Familiarity with Loadlink, DAT, Truckstop, or similar load boards (asset).Strong multitasking and communication skills with a proactive mindset.Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality.Comfortable working on-site Monday to Friday in our Oakville office.Desire to grow into a leadership or team lead role as the company expands.What We OfferSalary: $60,000–$70,000 annually (based on experience)Performance Review: After 90 daysBenefits: Health coverage under evaluation for 2026 rolloutDirect mentorship and advancement potential within a growing companyStable environment with a supportive management teamHow to ApplyApply directly through LinkedInJoin a Company Built on Reliability.At Loadify, we take pride in our reputation for service and consistency.
