About You:

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (Outbound) for one of our SaaS clients who are rapidly expanding their sales team. From sequencing new Outbound leads to conducting product demonstrations, you’ll be an integral part of our client’s customer acquisition strategy team.


The Role:

In this role you'll own the outbound leads cycle and will be responsible for booking new demos by calling the existing pipeline customers, as well as generate and find prospects that would benefit from our solution whilst providing the best sales experience possible for our customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Researching ,Qualifying, reactivating and booking a demo with the existing and incoming leads for Account Executives.
  • Storing the lead database in ZOHO CRM.
  • Contacting prospects through email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo and calls through a CRM.
  • Reach out to outbound prospects, address their requirements while booking demo’s for AE’s.
  • Generate interest and transfer customers to an Account Executive with clear communication of requirements.
  • Deliver a delightful first touch experience to the customers.
  • Achieve predefined sales KPIs (Qualification Rates, Communication Quality & Successful demo performed rates)
  • You are expected to build rapport and share a great understanding with the prospects about the product and should be able to set right expectations with customers.
  • Helping the inbound Sales Team, as needed.


You Must:

  • Be very skilled in communication to North American prospects and have great telephone and email etiquette.
  • Have past experience of 2+ years in cold calling communications with North American Audience.
  • Be motivated by goals and timelines, ensuring that task deadlines are consistently achieved.
  • Be closely working with the Marketing Team and will effectively communicate all information with the prospects as well as your team.
  • Have good communication and attention to details.
  • Be able to multitask and manage time effectively.


Required experience / skills:


  • A Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma
  • Experience with inbound based sales roles is an asset.
  • Strong oral & written communication and interpersonal skills are required with 3+ years of past experience in handling North American customers. Should be highly articulate via phone, email and in person is a must.
  • Very strong work ethic with confidence to work autonomously
  • Highly motivated, achievement-oriented and excited to join a fast growing Team. Strong telephone etiquette and familiarity with B2B emailing is essential.
  • Prior SDR sales experience a huge plus.
