Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join a leading HCM/Payroll company for a full-time job that starts off as a contract through Insight. The ideal candidate would be joining the service delivery team and working with small, medium, and national-size accounts which provide end-to-end payroll solutions for these companies. They should have experience managing or running end-to-end, complex payrolls that cover different provinces and unions across Canada. They should have their PCP (Payroll Compliance Practitioner) and have worked in problem-solving or complex process improvement within payroll. Applicants must have valid Canadian work authorization and currently reside in Canada.

Description du Poste
Insight Global recherche un Spécialiste de la Paie pour rejoindre une entreprise leader dans le domaine des ressources humaines/paie pour un poste à temps plein qui commencera par un contrat via Insight. Le candidat idéal intégrera l'équipe de prestation de services et travaillera avec des comptes de petite, moyenne et grande taille, offrant des solutions de paie de bout en bout pour ces entreprises. Il doit avoir de l'expérience dans la gestion ou l'exécution de paies complexes et de bout en bout couvrant différentes provinces et syndicats à travers le Canada. Le candidat doit détenir sa certification PCP (Praticien en conformité de la paie) et avoir une expérience dans la résolution de problèmes ou l'amélioration de processus complexes en matière de paie. Les candidats doivent avoir une autorisation de travail canadienne valide et résider actuellement au Canada.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D. Employees will also have access to a registered retirement savings account with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
