About the role

To be part of a thriving Salesforce Business Analyst role to engage with customers in different geographies who consume our OnDemand services. This role will allow you to work closely with stakeholders and to understand their business needs.

As a Salesforce Business Analyst You will:

  • Be part of the customer success team and be responsible for enabling customers to maximize the salesforce investment.
  • Work closely with the customer stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Translate business requirements to system requirements
  • Create user stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA
  • Work closely with the delivery team and make sure the delivery team understands the user stories
  • Be involved in System Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure that the development is as per the user stories.


You Are Great At:

  • Business Analysis / Project Management, Agile (Scrum & Kanban) and Waterfall
  • Salesforce Ecosystem and Business Analyst
  • Customer service minded
  • Solutions-oriented with good problem-solving skills
  • Results-driven
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive and driven


Must-Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • At least 3 project implementations as Salesforce Business Analyst
  • Multiple Salesforce certifications.
  • Excellent Communication, Written and Presentation Skills
  • Experienced in project management methodology Agile (Scrum & Kanban) and Waterfall
  • Experienced in tools like JIRA, Avonni.
