Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous créons un poste de Junior Inbound Sales Development Representative au sein du département des Ventes.

Tu relèveras de notre Directeur des Ventes et tu auras comme mission principale d’offrir une excellente première impression à nos clients potentiels en leur offrant une expérience de classe mondiale.

VOICI LES RESPONSABILITES QUE TU AURAS :

Identification et traitement des leads entrants

  • Qualifier des clients potentiels issus du marketing entrant et en provenance de divers canaux (publicités, référencement, webinaires, événements, livre blanc, etc.).
  • Générer de l’intérêt en communiquant avec facilité et professionnalisme les avantages de la mise en place d’un SIRH auprès des clients potentiels.
  • Réaliser une analyse préliminaire des besoins afin de s’assurer que la solution Folks pourra permettre au client d’atteindre ses objectifs avant d’engager le représentant commercial dans les discussions subséquentes.
  • Documenter tes activités (appels, courriels, suivis, etc.) ainsi que les informations importantes découvertes dans le CRM.
  • Assumer d’autres tâches connexes et responsabilités définies par la direction.

COLLABORATION AVEC l'ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE :

  • Transmettre les leads qualifiés et planifier les rencontres avec l’Account Executive,
  • Participer activement aux échanges d’équipe et contribuer à la progression de l’entreprise en partageant tes idées et tes meilleures pratiques.
  • Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs qui te seront assignés (nombre de rencontres qualifiées, croissance du pipeline, nombre de ventes, valeur des ventes).
  • Evoluer sur la gestion du cycle de ventes complet pour les prospects ayant un potentiel commercial limité (qualification, analyse de besoins, démonstration, suivis, conclusion de la vente) - Applicable après la période de formation qui s’échelonnera sur 8-12 semaines.
  • Veiller à te former de façon continue au moyen des outils à ta portée (plate-forme interne de e-learning, shadowing avec les représentants commerciaux, jeux de rôle avec ton supérieur et tes collègues, etc.).

  • Poste à temps plein 37.5 heures/semaine du lundi au vendredi (flexibilité)
  • Rémunération attrayante (fixe + commissions sans plafond avec OTE de 60K$)

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :

  • Désir de travailler dans l’univers des technologies SaaS ;
  • Proactivité permettant une facilité et aisance à conclure des ventes ainsi qu’à aller chercher des engagements ;
  • Bonne confiance en soi et forte aptitude à mettre les gens à l’aise ;
  • Résistance au refus et forte ténacité ;
  • Auto-discipliné.e, compétitif.ve et motivé.e par les défis.

EXIGENCES REQUISES :

  • Bilinguisme obligatoire à l’écrit comme à l’oral (FR/EN) ;
  • Capacité à assimiler et à vulgariser des renseignements techniques ;
  • Idéalement une première expérience en vente d’une année, de préférence dans un contexte de ventes interentreprises et/ou dans la vente de solutions technologiques ;
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à accomplir un nombre élevé d’activités ;
  • Capacité prouvée à atteindre voire dépasser les objectifs de vente ;
