The Role:
Reporting to a Senior Lawyer, you will provide expert legal advice on a range of residential real estate matters with the support of Law Clerks.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage residential real estate transactions from beginning to end.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and other real estate documents.
- Review all aspects of residential real estate transactions, including lender representation files.
- Contributing to expanding the residential real estate portfolio.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on all matters related to residential real estate.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Quebec Notary License.
- Full bilingual proficiency (EN/FR)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with a high-volume of residential real estate files.
- A strong desire for career growth and a collaborative team spirit.
- Proficiency with MS Office, conveyancer/unity, Teraview, and PCLaw.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
