They are seeking a talented Senior Siebel Developer to join their team and play a key role designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Siebel CRM platform to meet business requirements. As a Siebel Developer, you will work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other IT professionals to understand requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software solutions. Your role will involve coding, customization, configuration, testing, and deployment of Siebel applications.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Siebel CRM platform.
  • Design, develop, customize, and configure Siebel applications to meet business needs, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Siebel tools, scripting languages, and other relevant technologies.
  • Customize Siebel workflows, business services, business components, views, applets, and other Siebel objects as needed.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure quality and reliability of developed solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and debug Siebel applications, addressing issues and resolving defects in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with other members of the development team, including database developers, UI/UX designers, and system administrators, to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Document technical designs, specifications, and configurations to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure maintainability.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Stay updated with Siebel CRM technology advancements, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and solutions.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration/ design / development / integration
  • 5+ year of experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE
  • 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18+ with a focus on configuring / developing.
  • Experience with Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Code/Scripts and related Siebel Business Layer objects.
  • Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and Methods.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, SQL, and XML.
  • Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
  • Familiarity with integration technologies and protocols such as SOAP, REST, and EAI.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at all levels.


Preferred Skills:

  • Siebel certification(s) is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Oracle database technologies.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.
