Role Description


We are seeking passionate full-time or part-time realtors, whether you’re a seasoned, experience professional or just beginning your career journey in the real estate industry.


As a Real Estate Agent at Hometon, you will:


  1. Client Representation:
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, leasing, or investing in real estate properties.
  • Provide expert guidance tailored to their unique needs and goals.


2. Exclusive Preconstruction Opportunities:

  • Utilize our platinum brokerage status to offer clients red carpet early access to preconstruction projects.
  • Educate clients on the benefits and details of these exclusive opportunities.


3. Market Expertise:

  • Stay informed about real estate trends and market conditions in Toronto and the GTA.
  • Conduct thorough research to help clients make informed decisions.


4. Transaction Support:

  • Guide clients through the transaction process, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the brokerage team for seamless client support.


5. Business Development:

  • Build and expand your network to attract new clients.
  • Maintain long-term relationships through exceptional service and follow-ups.

Qualifications


To be successful as a Real Estate Agent at Hometon Inc., you should have:


Licensing and Certification:

A valid Ontario Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one).


Experience:

Open to both experienced realtors and new agents starting their careers.

Prior experience in sales or customer service is an asset but not mandatory.


Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues.

Excellent negotiation skills to advocate for client interests.

Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks effectively.


Mindset and Personality:

Self-motivated and proactive with a goal-oriented approach.

A client-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Tech Savviness:

Comfort with real estate tools, CRM systems, and online platforms for marketing and transactions.

Availability:

Flexibility to work full-time or part-time, including evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate clients’ schedules.
