Marketing & Admin CoordinatorPosition OverviewWe’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing & Administrative Coordinator who is passionate about leveraging AI technology to drive results. You’ll play an active part in shaping our online presence, utilizing advanced AI tools for marketing materials and workflow automation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.This is the perfect position for a marketing professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, combining creative vision, technological innovation, and organizational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & CommunicationsManage and update company website content, using AI-powered content generation tools to ensure brand messaging and timely digital initiatives.Design visually engaging marketing materials—including client proposals, internal documents, and quarterly newsletters—leveraging platforms such as Canva and generative AI tools for efficiency and quality enhancement.Develop, schedule, and optimize daily social media posts using Canva and advanced AI solutions, driving engagement and maintaining brand consistency.Initiate and support multi-channel marketing campaigns that enhance visibility, engagement, and company reputation, integrating AI-based analytics for strategic decision-making.Research and pilot new marketing technologies—especially emerging AI tools—to maximize productivity and campaign impact.Administrative SupportOversee payroll processes including salary and commission calculations.Prepare and send client invoices accurately and on time.Maintain key spreadsheets, reports, and internal databases with regular updates.Manage vendor relationships, track contract terms, and process payments.Provide agile operational support to the leadership team, proactively implementing AI and automation tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.Qualifications1-3 years of experience in a marketing or marketing/administrative hybrid role, ideally with hands-on exposure to AI-driven platforms.Advanced proficiency with Canva and AI content creation platformsStrong organizational ability, attention to detail, and effective multi-tasking in tech-enabled environments.Tech-savvy and a fast learner, with a clear interest in adopting AI and automation for workflow optimization and creative problem-solving.Experience with Google Workspace, CRM/ATS systems, and digital collaboration tools; exposure to workflow automation and data analytics powered by AI is a significant asset.Must be located in Southern Ontario with in-office availability on a part-time basis.Contact us to learn more about Harbinger Network and the opportunities within✆ 905-257-9691 x111✉ info@harbingernetwork.caPlease visit https://harbingernetwork.ca/ today.
