Position Summary:

Reporting directly to the Field Service and Warranty Manager, the Bilingual Field Service Manager is responsible for managing equipment and programs at current and future Sym-Tech dealers and identifying and growing potential opportunities within assigned territory. Working with various departments at dealerships, you will use your automotive experience and excellent relationship building skills to provide service and technical support for our products and ensure the long-term success of Sym-Tech automotive dealers.

Position Functions:

  • Follow Sym-Tech FSM Operating Guidelines.
  • Install Sym-Tech equipment at customer retail locations.
  • Maintain excellent business relationships with Sym-Tech automotive dealers by providing superior service.
  • Train Service Department staff on how to use equipment and explain program benefits
  • Respond in a timely manner to various customer requests.
  • Engage Sym-Tech resources and/or departments of customer issues and follow-up to ensure issue are addressed.
  • Complete Product Dealer Development Call reports for dealers within assigned territory.
  • Train and assist dealers with the claims process.
  • Identify opportunities to add new product lines to dealers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Automotive Retail industry working in a service department, body shop, as an automotive technician or detailer.
  • Fully bilingual in both French and English (written and spoken) – preferred.
  • Ideal candidate would reside in the following areas: Greater Montreal Area/Quebec City
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and well-organized records.
  • Possess a clean and valid driver’s license.

*This position requires regular overnight travel.

Résumé du poste :

Relevant directement du Directeur de Service et Garantie, le/la Gestionnaire de service sur le terrain bilingue est responsable de la gestion des équipements et des programmes chez les concessionnaires de Sym-Tech actuels et futurs ainsi que de l'identification et de la croissance des opportunités potentielles sur le territoire désigné. En travaillant avec divers départements des concessions, vous utiliserez votre expérience automobile et vos excellentes compétences en matière d'établissement de relations avec nos clients pour fournir un service et un support technique pour nos produits et assurer le succès à long terme des concessionnaires automobiles de Sym-Tech.

Fonctions du poste :

  • Suivez les directives d'exploitation de Sym-Tech FSM.
  • Installer les équipements de Sym-Tech dans les points de vente des clients.
  • Entretenir d'excellentes relations d'affaires avec les concessionnaires automobiles de
  • Sym-Tech en offrant un service supérieur.
  • Former le personnel du service après-vente sur la façon d'utiliser des équipements et expliquer les avantages du programme.
  • Répondre dans les meilleurs délais aux diverses demandes du client.
  • Engager les ressources et/ou les départements de Sym-Tech pour résoudre les problèmes des clients et assurer le suivi pour garantir que les problèmes sont résolus.
  • Compléter les rapports d'appels de développement de produits pour les concessionnaires sur le territoire attribué.
  • Former et assister les concessionnaires dans le processus de réclamation.
  • Identifier les opportunités pour ajouter de nouvelles gammes de produits aux concessionnaires.

Qualifications et compétences minimales :

  • Expérience dans l'industrie de la vente au détail automobile en travaillant dans un département de service, un atelier de carrosserie, en tant que technicien ou dessinateur automobile.
  • Parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais (écrit et parlé) - préféré.
  • La résidence du candidat idéal devrait être dans les régions suivantes : North Bay, Sudbury, Pembroke, Vallée de l'Outaouais.
  • Excellentes compétences en matière d'établissement de relations personnelles.
  • Capacité à tenir des registres précis et bien organisés.
  • Posséder un permis de conduire propre et valide.
