Role Description:


TREALT is seeking a motivated and creative Social Media & Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry while developing valuable marketing skills. As a Marketing Intern, you will support our Real Estate Agents with a variety of tasks and projects, including:

  • Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Creating engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Writing blogs and email drip campaigns
  • Analyzing marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns
  • Designing promotional materials and graphics
  • Managing social media accounts and scheduling posts
  • Supporting event planning and coordination
  • Updating and maintaining marketing databases and CRM systems

This is a remote role that provides flexibility, with an option for a hybrid work environment if desired. The position offers a valuable learning experience in a fast-paced and supportive setting.

Role Accountabilities:

  • Assist with developing and implementing social media strategies
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research
  • Create and curate content for various marketing channels
  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions
  • Support the preparation of marketing presentations and reports
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure consistency in brand messaging
  • Help organize and promote open houses and other events
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing and communications

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Currently pursuing a university or college degree in marketing, business, real estate, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
