**Critical Outcomes from the Job**

Assist in building the Nature’s Path Organic Brand by
- Support the Social Media Coordinator by creating and implementing the social media calendar, ensuring alignment with the overall content and social media strategies.
- Work closely with Consumer Services and Communications Team to provide online customer service support on social media and respond to website reviews to ensure a positive customer service experience.
- Coordinate Nature’s Path Organic partnership and gifting outreach logistics, from ordering product samples, and communicating briefs, to administering shipping requests.
- Pull together data-backed recommendations using industry-leading tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social and GRIN.
- Curate and suggest UGC creative.
- Support the development of a culture that meets company goals and long-term vision of leaving the earth better than we found it.

Support Nature’s Path Organic's internal Marketing department by
- Participating and adding creative input to department brainstorming.
- Completing other duties as assigned by the Social Media Coordinator.

**Qualifications & Experience**

**Education**
- Post
- Secondary student or recent graduate with a degree in Commerce, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field

**Experience**
- 0-2 years of experience in social media marketing, Communications, Consumer Services or a related field
- Working knowledge of all Google Suite and Microsoft PC software programs
- Strong knowledge/ expertise in social media channels including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest etc.
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker
- Good organization, time management and follow-up skills
- Ability to take initiative and exercise excellent judgment
- Ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision
