Description du poste

En tant que Spécialiste du Succès Client, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’adoption et l’utilisation réussie de WelcomeSpaces par nos clients, principalement des professionnels de la finance. Vous combinerez accompagnement technique, démonstrations produit et prospection pour maximiser leur satisfaction et l’impact de notre plateforme.

Ce rôle inclut un salaire concurrentiel avec une portion liée à des commissions basées sur vos performances.


Vos principales responsabilités

1. Présentations et démonstrations produits :

  • Effectuer des démonstrations en ligne adaptées aux besoins des professionnels de la finance.
  • Mettre en avant les capacités uniques de WelcomeSpaces, notamment les fonctionnalités basées sur l’intelligence artificielle.
  • Répondre aux questions des prospects de manière experte et personnalisée.


2. Configuration et accompagnement technique :

  • Assister les clients lors de la configuration initiale de leurs comptes.
  • S’assurer que les utilisateurs comprennent et utilisent efficacement les fonctionnalités clés de la plateforme.
  • Fournir des conseils personnalisés pour intégrer WelcomeSpaces dans leurs processus quotidiens.


3. Suivi et fidélisation des clients :

  • Offrir un soutien proactif pour maximiser la satisfaction des clients existants.
  • Identifier et résoudre rapidement tout obstacle à l’utilisation de la plateforme.
  • Maintenir une relation de confiance avec les clients pour favoriser leur fidélité.


4. Développement commercial :

  • Identifier et qualifier de nouveaux prospects dans le domaine de la finance.
  • Contacter des clients potentiels via des canaux numériques et les convertir en utilisateurs actifs.
  • Travailler avec l’équipe de vente pour dépasser les objectifs de conversion.


5. Amélioration continue :

  • Recueillir les retours des utilisateurs pour contribuer à l’amélioration continue de WelcomeSpaces.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes produits pour développer de nouvelles fonctionnalités adaptées aux besoins des clients.


Profil recherché

Compétences et expériences essentielles :

  • Parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
  • Expérience de 2 ans ou plus en service client, succès client ou vente.
  • Connaissance ou expérience dans le domaine de la finance (atout majeur).
  • Intérêt marqué pour les technologies innovantes, notamment les solutions axées sur l’intelligence artificielle.

Job Description

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a key role in the adoption and successful use of WelcomeSpaces by our clients, primarily financial professionals. You will combine technical support, product demonstrations, and prospecting to maximize client satisfaction and the impact of our platform.

This position offers a competitive salary, including a performance-based commission component.


Key Responsibilities

1. Product Demonstrations and Presentations:

  • Deliver tailored online demonstrations to meet the needs of financial professionals.
  • Highlight the unique features of WelcomeSpaces, particularly AI-powered functionalities.
  • Address prospect inquiries with expertise and a personalized approach.


2. Account Setup and Technical Support:

  • Assist clients in setting up their accounts during the onboarding phase.
  • Ensure users fully understand and leverage the platform’s core features.
  • Provide customized guidance to integrate WelcomeSpaces into their daily workflows.


3. Client Follow-Up and Retention:

  • Provide proactive support to maximize satisfaction among existing clients.
  • Identify and resolve any obstacles hindering platform use.
  • Maintain trust-based relationships to foster client loyalty.


4. Business Development:

  • Identify and qualify new prospects in the financial sector.
  • Engage potential clients through digital channels and convert them into active users.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to exceed conversion goals.


5. Continuous Improvement:

  • Gather user feedback to drive ongoing improvements to WelcomeSpaces.
  • Work with product teams to develop new features tailored to client needs.


What We’re Looking For

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Perfectly bilingual in English and French, both spoken and written.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, client service, or sales.
  • Knowledge or experience in the financial sector (major asset).
  • Strong interest in innovative technologies, particularly AI-powered solutions.
