Fabrication Specialist

At beBee Professionals, we are seeking a highly skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team in Canada.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing welding tasks to fabricate and repair metal structures and components. This role requires strong attention to detail, quality control skills, and the ability to work effectively in a physically demanding environment.

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and repair of metal structures and components.
• Perform various welding operations using MIG, TIG, and arc techniques to meet project requirements.
• Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
• Maintain and operate welding equipment and tools in good condition to prevent downtime and ensure efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.

• Completion of a recognized welding program or apprenticeship is required.
• Certification in welding techniques, such as AWS or CWB, is an asset.
• Prior experience as a welder in a manufacturing or construction setting is necessary.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
