Senior Human Resources Project Manager


JOB SUMMARY

This role is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects within the HR department. The candidate will oversee all aspects of projects. They will set deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of the project. They will build and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects. They will prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.


The project is to help support the HR Transformation team deliver on the activities part of a multi-year program focused on enhancing HR technologies, processes and services. With the upgrade of HR systems, transforming function by streamlining processes, enabling self-service tools and developing easy to use programs.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for coordination and completion of large scale and more complex projects

• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures

• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

• Negotiates changes in scope, budget or calendar with Project Owner and/or management

• Leads and directs the work of others

• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected

• Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department

• Provides guidance to other project manager


REQUIREMENTS

• 10 years as Project manager

• 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

• Bilingualism is required because this role requires daily communication outside of Quebec

RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE

Ce rôle est responsable de la coordination et de l'achèvement des projets au sein du département RH. Le candidat devra superviser tous les aspects des projets, fixer les échéances, attribuer les responsabilités, contrôler et résumer l'état d'avancement du projet. Il/elle devra établir et entretenir des relations de travail avec les membres de l'équipe, les fournisseurs et les autres services impliqués dans les projets. Il/elle devra préparer des rapports sur l'état d'avancement du projet à l'intention de la direction générale.


Le projet consiste à aider l'équipe de transformation des ressources humaines à mener à bien les activités d'un programme pluriannuel axé sur l'amélioration des technologies, des processus et des services en matière de ressources humaines. Avec la mise à niveau des systèmes RH, transformer la fonction en rationalisant les processus, en mettant en place des outils en libre-service et en développant des programmes faciles à utiliser.


RESPONSABILITÉS

•Responsable de la coordination et de l'achèvement de projets de grande envergure et plus complexes

•Familiarité avec une grande variété de concepts, de pratiques et de procédures dans le domaine

•S'appuie sur une expérience et un jugement étendus pour planifier et atteindre les objectifs

•Négocie les changements de portée, de budget ou de calendrier avec le maître d'ouvrage et/ou la direction

•Dirige et encadre le travail des autres

•Une grande créativité et une grande latitude sont attendues

•Rend généralement compte à un responsable ou au chef d'une unité ou d'un service

•Fournit des conseils aux autres chefs de projet


EXIGENCES

•10 ans en tant que chef de projet

•5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine ou dans un domaine connexe.

•Le bilinguisme est requis car ce poste nécessite des communications quotidiennes à l'extérieur du Québec.
