The HRIS Analyst partners with HR and IT stakeholders to analyze HR data, improve reporting processes, and develop dashboards. This role will focus on extracting data, building reports and dashboards to provide insights, identifying process improvements based on data analysis, and assisting IT with HR systems support. You'll work cross-functionally to understand reporting needs, document requirements, gather data from multiple systems, analyze trends, and present findings clearly and visually. Experience working remotely and collaborating virtually is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analytics
- Partner with HR Business Partners and other HR Resources to help deliver information to the business to help manage the workforce.
- Document functional specifications based on end-user needs.
- Monitors and provides analytics on HR lifecycle including hiring, termination of service, and payroll administration, identifying key metrics, trends, and insights.
- Extract data from multiple HRIS systems using reporting tools.
- Develop interactive HR dashboards and visualizations.
- Present findings and analysis from HR data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Create training guides, videos, and materials on new HR reports and dashboards.
- Research HR reporting best practices and make recommendations on new approaches.
Data Management
- Perform regular HRIS data audits to ensure system accuracy.
- Ensure the efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics, including attendance and employee performance data.
- Create best-in-practice audit and compliance practices through technology.
System Management
- Collaborate closely with HR and IT teams to understand needs, prioritize projects, and optimize HR reporting architecture.
- Identify system and process improvements by analyzing HR data and system capabilities.
- Perform application upgrades, as well as provide training and technical support.
- Manage configuration including foundational elements, associations, business rules, picklists, etc.
- Ensure workflows, approvals and notifications are operating as designed.
- Team with IT to manage system feeds to vendors and other related systems.
- Identify improvements to enhance user experience and drive optimization.
- Review and tests upgrades to determine the functionality associated with each system change.
- Assist IT team with user acceptance testing of HRIS upgrades and enhancements.
- Analyzing HRIS performance metrics and resolving application issues
- Documenting system-related processes, identifying HR concerns, and compiling data analysis reports
- Responsible for back-end system configurations and interface management.
- Support system implementations and integrations.
- Participate in user group meetings/conferences, and keep track of technological advancements and trends in the field of HRIS.

MUST HAVES:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Analytics or related field
- 5+ years' experience in HR reporting and data analysis
- Experience developing interactive dashboards and visualizations
- Systems implementation and configuration experience
- Systems integration experience
- Preferred systems experience: ADP Workforce Now (HCM and Payroll); ADP Celergo; Greenhouse (ATS); Other HR applications.
NICE TO HAVE:
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP®) credential preferred.
