What You Will Do:

  • Cultivate a high-performance culture and guide a growing team of 70+ analysts (soon to be 100), team leads, and support staff through significant growth, focusing on enhancing both team capabilities and project delivery
  • Design and optimize end-to-end processes to ensure seamless delivery of well-inspection data-analysis reports. Oversee the flow of information from initial sale to final report, ensuring accuracy and reliability
  • Drive initiatives to improve timeliness, accuracy, and efficiency. Monitor team performance using KPIs and implement improvements in processes, systems, tools, and automation
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality for reports and analyses derived from extensive ultrasound datasets. Maintain rigorous quality control to meet client expectations and project deadlines
  • Take on diverse projects and demonstrate flexibility to address both large-scale and small-scale challenges. Continuously seek opportunities to drive organizational success and operational improvements
  • Work closely with the COO, VP Sales, VP Engineering, and Director of Product to align team objectives with broader company goals and strategies


Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling teams of 40-100 people, preferably with a focus on operational roles
  • Experience managing teams that deliver products or services directly to clients under tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly conveying complex information
  • Excellent organizational abilities to support data-driven decision-making and process enhancements
  • Solid technical skills relevant to managing large-scale data operations and analysis


Salary Range: $180-$240k/year
