Job Opportunity: Administrative Assistant

Location: Belleville

Duration: 3 to 6 months assignment with potential for permanent position

Pay: $23 to $25 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday


Are you a skilled Administrative Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity in Belleville? Look no further We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team for a temporary assignment with the possibility of a long-term position.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform general administrative duties to support daily operations.
  • Demonstrate strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications, with a focus on Word and Excel.
  • Greet and assist clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage front desk reception duties, including answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, at an intermediate level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Must have a clean criminal record.
