TERRITORY ACCOUNT MANAGER
at Steam Core International Inc.
At Steam Core International, we are aiming to help people quit traditional cigarettes with less harmful vaping products. As the leading distributor of electric vaporizers and vaping products in Canada, we've managed to provide top quality vaping products. However, we have much more to accomplish for our customers, and we're looking for a culturally aligned Territory Account Manager BC, to join the team.
This important sales position is responsible for cultivating and achieving strong, mutually beneficial and high-performance relationships with Steam Core International’s clients. The Territory Account Manager would constantly strive to develop strong relationships with customers and connect the value of Steam core international products, programs and services. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will possess the aptitudes, talents, character traits, knowledge and skills to assess client needs and provide solutions to realize robust business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Creating, building and nurturing long-term relationships between assigned accounts and colleagues within the company
- Achieve quotas while ensuring client engagement and satisfaction
- Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers
- Managing communications between customers and internal teams, liaise with cross-functional internal teams to achieve the desired customer experience
- Developing and sustaining a thorough understanding of account needs as change occurs
- Negotiating contracts with clients and establishing timelines of performance
- Preparing and presenting reports on account objectives and progress on a timely basis to share with team members and stakeholders
- Analyzing client data to fine-tune and provide excellent client relationship management
- Forecast and track account metrics
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strong communications skills both written and verbal
- Experience with successfully nurturing long-term client relationships
- Active listening skills
- Negotiation skills
- Tactical thinking skills and abilities
- Excellent time management
- Account Management Experience (3+ years)
- Business acumen, specially in the retail space
- Experience in a competitive product category/market
