As our go-to Recruitment Specialist for sales roles, you'll play a critical role in identifying and engaging top talent to fuel our growth. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our sales team and, by extension, our success in the global market.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for sales positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating hiring efforts for Clients and Set 2 Close.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier sales talent from diverse channels.
  • Work closely with the sales department to understand their hiring needs and craft job descriptions that resonate with high-quality candidates.
  • Perform regular outreach through calls, texts, emails, and LinkedIn to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to gauge their suitability for sales roles.
  • Foster strong relationships with potential hires by effectively communicating Set 2 Close's values and career opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior management to streamline the recruitment process and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent, with a College degree preferred.
  • A proactive, outgoing, and competitive nature paired with a talent for building connections.
  • At least 3 years of experience in agency recruitment, with a focus on sales roles highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with technology stacks and CRM systems, particularly Hubspot, to maximize efficiency in the recruitment process.
  • A passion for leveraging CRMs to streamline daily tasks and optimize outcomes.
  • Deep commitment to personal and professional development, driven by a love for business as a hobby, passion, and career.
  • Previous experience using LinkedIn and other social platforms for recruitment purposes is a must.
