Location: Montréal or Burlington (Remote work with 1 day/week at the office)

· Looking for a doer, someone with pragmatic approach

· Someone who has worked within multiple areas of a company

· Change management within H.R – Major asset

· Experience in digital transformation

· Data modelling


Position Summary: Maintains the business capability model of the organization and makes the bridge between business and business analyst and technology design team (including architect)

WORK EXPERIENCE

● Experience in digital transformation - mapping business processes to out-of-the-box system functionality to change the way in which work is done while respecting the confines of the technology

● The ability to assimilate and correlate disconnected documentation and drawings, and articulate their collective relevance to the organization and to high-priority business issues

● Experience using model-based representations that can be adjusted as required to collect, aggregate or disaggregate complex and conflicting information about the business

● The ability to act as liaison conveying information needs of the business to IT and data constraints to the business; applies equal conveyance regarding business strategy and IT strategy, business processes and workflow automation, business initiatives and IT initiatives, and benefit realization and service delivery
