Nous recrutons actuellement un Analyste en planification financière pour rejoindre notre groupe de planification du patrimoine. Le groupe de planification du patrimoine de CI offre aux clients existants et à leurs familles une équipe dévouée qui s’efforce d’améliorer leur bien-être financier en leur fournissant des services de planification financière, fiscale et successorale.


Dans ce rôle, le candidat retenu développera des relations précieuses avec nos conseillers en leur fournissant des solutions de planification financière, fiscale et de retraite dans un environnement sans commission. Vous assisterez les conseillers auprès des clients potentiels et existants en coordonnant et en préparant divers documents de planification du patrimoine.



RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES


  • Effectuer un examen approfondi des informations sur les clients qui seront utilisées pour la préparation de plans de patrimoine, de plans financiers, de portraits financiers et d’autres produits livrables.
  • Communiquer avec les planificateurs de patrimoine régionaux, les conseillers financiers et leurs adjoints respectifs dans les situations où des informations supplémentaires ou des clarifications sont nécessaires.
  • Préparer des analyses de cas de base, des analyses de sensibilité et des analyses d’assurance-vie à partir des renseignements fournis par les clients à l’aide de logiciels de planification financière spécialisés.
  • Analyser les résultats obtenus dans les différentes analyses mentionnées ci-dessus afin de rédiger des plans de patrimoine et d’autres produits livrables pour le client privé Assante et d’autres personnes.
  • Effectuer des recherches sur diverses questions financières et d’assurance, selon les besoins.
  • S’assurer que les diverses applications logicielles appliquent correctement et de manière cohérente les concepts de planification financière.
  • Participer à des séminaires et à des formations internes pour les employés de la société.
  • Entreprendre un programme continu d’éducation et de développement professionnel conformément aux politiques de la société telles que publiées de temps à autre.
  • Travailler avec les collègues de la société et les clients de la société de manière professionnelle, en faisant preuve du plus grand respect pour les collègues et les clients.


COMPÉTENCES REQUISES


  • Deux ans d’expérience en planification financière, y compris avec l’utilisation d’un logiciel de planification financière tel que Naviplan, Snap Projections ou Conquest.
  • Qualification IQPF/CFP en cours ou obtenue.
  • Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office.
  • Haut degré de précision, souci du détail et fortes compétences analytiques.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière efficace et efficiente dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
  • Bonnes capacités de communication et de présentation.

JOB OVERVIEW


We are currently recruiting for a Wealth Planning Analyst to join our Wealth Planning Group. The wealth planning group at CI offers existing high net wealth clients and their families a dedicated team who work to enhance their financial well-being by providing Financial, Tax and Estate Planning services.


In this role, the successful candidate will develop valued relationships with our advisors by providing financial, tax and retirement planning solutions in a non-commission environment. You will assist advisors with both prospective and existing clients through the coordination and preparation of various wealth planning deliverables


WHAT YOU WILL DO


  • Complete a thorough review of client information to be used in the preparation of comprehensive Wealth Plans, Financial Plans, Financial Assessments, and other deliverables
  • Communicate with Regional Wealth Planners, Financial Advisors, and their respective assistants in situations where additional information or clarification is required
  • Prepare base case analyses, sensitivity analyses, and life insurance analyses of client information using specialized financial planning software
  • Analyze the results obtained in the various analyses noted above in order to draft Wealth Plans and other deliverables for Assante Private client and others
  • Conduct research on various financial and insurance matters as required
  • Ensure that various software applications properly apply financial planning concepts on a consistent basis
  • Participate in in-house seminars and training for company's employees
  • Undertake an ongoing program of education and professional development in accordance with the Company's policies as published from time to time
  • Work with colleagues within the company and the company's clients in a professional manner, displaying the utmost respect for fellow workers and clients


WHAT YOU WILL BRING


  • 2 years’ experience with financial planning including the use of financial planning software such as Naviplan, Snap Projections or Conquest
  • Enrollment in or successful completion of the IQPF/CFP designation
  • Good Microsoft Office suite skills
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and presentation skills
