In the role of IT Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the smooth functioning of the company's IT infrastructure, and providing technical support to employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Continual exploration and evaluation around the integration of AI tools and technologies to enhance operations and improve efficiency
  • Ordering, configuring, and maintaining hardware (computers, phones, network devices)
  • Installing, configuring and maintaining software (operating systems, applications)
  • Ensure the security of the company's IT infrastructure by implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures
  • Provide support for website and domain management (security and updates)
  • Managing user accounts, permissions, email systems, and basic network administration tasks in collaboration with the system administrator
  • Performing backups and restoring lost data as needed
  • Collaborate in maintaining the organizational integrity of the company's file structure and vault permissions
  • Keeping detailed records of IT infrastructure, software licenses, troubleshooting solutions, and procedures for future reference
  • Key resource in the IT department for various projects as required



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in IT
  • Previous experience using AI tools
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking basics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users and collaborate across teams
