LeverageTek is actively seeking a Salesforce Administrator for a 12-month contract with its Ottawa-based customer.

Security Requirement

Must be eligible for a Government of Canada Enhanced Reliability Clearance.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and understand business needs
  • Identify and evaluate the feasibility of onboarding the legacy system applications onto Salesforce
  • Design and document detailed solutions for each integration opportunity, including data mapping, workflows, and user interface enhancements
  • Develop prototypes using Salesforce tools and features to showcase the proposed solutions
  • Test and validate the prototypes to ensure they meet the requirements and provide value to the Council
  • Provide recommendations for the implementation approach, including any necessary customization or third-party integrations
  • Document the integration solutions, including technical specifications, data flow diagrams, and estimates
  • Working with clients and business analysts document requirements and completing corresponding prototype environments
  • Gap analysis report highlighting the areas where integration with Salesforce is feasible and beneficial
  • Recommendations for the integration strategy as required, including best practices and potential limitations
  • High-level design and architecture for the integrated Salesforce solution, outlining the proposed data model and system interactions
  • Estimated level of effort for tasks
  • Data model design updates
  • Status Reports


Key Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • 5+ years of experience working in the role of a Salesforce Administrator
  • A deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its features, capabilities, and limitations


Qualifications

  • Expertise in solution design and architecture principles
  • Expertise analyzing complex business requirements, identifying gaps, and designing scalable and sustainable solutions using Salesforce and related technologies
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex systems, identify issues, and propose innovative solutions
