Primary responsibilities include:

  • Providing our internal and external clients with prompt and professional service in the commercial processing department
  • Preparing proposals, binders, letters, certificates, and accurate processing of endorsements and invoicing
  • Handling activities and follow-ups in EPIC
  • Handling routine inquiries and processing requests
  • Being a strong team player working on midsize to large commercial accounts
  • Other projects as may be assigned


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years Commercial Lines brokerage servicing experience
  • Handling mid-market to large commercial files
  • RIBO License required


Skills:

  • Proficient with Word and Excel;
  • Must have strong EXCEL skills
  • Must have a good understanding of commercial property, casualty and auto insurance products
  • Be a team player with sound work ethic
  • Detail oriented and a quick learner
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Experience with EPIC would be considered an asset
