Required Skills:

• Storage & Backup administrators who Support of our critical enterprise infrastructure, which will include installing, provisioning, configuring, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting storage (HPE3PAR, NetApp) Systems.

• Good years' Experience in Enterprise backup and storage technologies administration

• Excellent Knowledge of storage technologies (SAN/NAS)

• Good Hands-On Experience in Installation, configuration & Troubleshooting of SAN/NAS/DAS, SAN fabric

• Good Hands-On Experience in managing HP 3PAR SAN

• Good Hands-On experience in managing Netapp Cluster mode SAN as well as NAS storage

• Expertise in Brocade SAN Switch upgrades

• Knowledge & Exposure on Virtualization using VMware /Hyper-V would be an advantage

• Good knowledge and experience of Cloud storage would be an added advantage

• Exposure to quality standards ISO 20000, ISO 27001

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure High availability of customers IT Infrastructure managed

• Perform Incident, Problem & Change Management using assigned Tools

• Ensure compliance to agreed SOWs

• Handle Technical Escalations received from Customer

• Create SOPs ensuring compliance to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and train internal teams

• Troubleshoot High Severity incidents & Provide RCA

• Take initiatives in learning new Technologies & Tools

• Co-ordination with customer on Incident resolutions & closure

• Assist in MIS & Dashboards

• Document technical procedures and work instructions
