YOUR STRENGHTS

  • 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level experience with MS Word, MS Exchange/Outlook, database management, Windows networking, security, redundancy design, scaling, and storage technology.
  • Security Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of security-relevant data, network protocols, ports, and common services (e.g., TCP/IP, HTTP/S, DNS, FTP, SMTP, Active Directory).
  • Security Expertise: Advanced knowledge of all Security Domains and associated technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Advanced written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy.

Additional Requirements

  • Cloud Experience: Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, including deployment, management, and scaling of cloud infrastructure.
  • DevOps and CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • MSP Management: Proven ability to manage relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
  • Incident Management: Experience in incident management, including response and resolution of IT incidents.
  • Technology Roadmap: Ability to create and manage a technology roadmap and plan, ensuring alignment with key business requirements.
  • Modernization: Experience in IT modernization initiatives and digital transformation projects.
