As a Bilingual (FRENCH) Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet the growing needs of our clients'. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and FRENCH, has a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, and is comfortable working in a remote environment.


This is on a contract until mid-November, with the potential to be extended.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Proactively source bilingual candidates using various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media).
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.
  • Use data-driven techniques to optimize recruitment processes and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Maintain and update ATS systems with candidate and job details.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bilingual in English and French (both written and spoken).
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a bilingual environment.
  • Proven success in remote recruiting, with the ability to manage high-volume and specialized hiring.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
