Our client is looking for an experienced Tier 1/2 Help Desk Specialist to join their team for a 3 month contract.


Individual must be okay with going onsite to their office in London, Ontario.


Must Have Skills:

  • Experience with Installing, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user computers and related hardware, software, and applications.
  • Experience with JAMF for iOS deployment
  • Experience with Okta for authentication
  • Experience with M365
  • Experience with ensuring network security at the end-user level is properly configured and maintained.
  • Creating and/or maintaining documentation related to hardware/software/application installation, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
