Using your strong technical and problem-solving skills, you will be front-line support for all IT/IS help desk requests during and after regular business hours. You will review, prioritize, and assign request tickets to ensure completion per service level agreements. You will configure and set up new hires for training and start dates, removing users from the system as termination requests are received. In our busy call centre environment, your help is essential for our business to run smoothly and efficiently.

Working in our London office, you will resolve day-to-day request tickets for end-users of desktops, telephony, server and networks through solid knowledge and appropriate troubleshooting techniques. You will educate and coach end-users to help ensure that the same issue will not need to be resubmitted. According to company standards, you will install and configure all desktop computer peripherals and ensure approved updates are installed every month. You will also assist in providing specifications to quote for new desktop, software and hardware peripherals.

There is a lot to learn and always something to do; you must give it time. It is OK if you do not know everything, someone on our experienced team will see the answer.

**Qualifications**:

- College Diploma in Computer Technology
- Comp TIS's A+, Network+ and Security+
- One (1) year of experience in end-user support and troubleshooting
- Dedicated quiet office space in your home with high-speed internet
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- The ability to read, write and speak in English and French is an asset
