Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Dynamics BC Functional Consultant to play a key role in the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Dynamics BC) solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes across various industries and a proven track record of successfully implementing Dynamics BC solutions to meet client needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Dynamics BC implementation.
  • Configure, customize, and integrate Dynamics BC modules to align with client-specific workflows and processes.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to educate clients on Dynamics BC functionality and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Dynamics BC implementations, including addressing technical issues and optimizing system performance.
  • Stay updated on the latest Dynamics BC features and enhancements, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage them for client benefit.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
