About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media Marketing Manager to lead social media strategies for our clients across the nonprofit, charity, and for-profit sectors. This role involves developing and executing impactful social campaigns, collaborating closely with PR agencies, managing influencer partnerships, and driving engagement to build brand communities. Knowledge of the Muslim audience is a plus, as we serve clients with unique needs in this demographic.


Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute strategic social media plans tailored to client objectives, ensuring consistent, high-quality engagement across all platforms.

Content Planning & Creation:

  • Partner with Clearoute’s content and creative teams to produce engaging, shareable content that reflects each client’s mission and brand voice.
  • Maintain a robust content calendar that ensures timely, relevant posts aligned with audience interests and client goals.

Collaborations & Partnerships:

  • Build and manage relationships with PR agencies to amplify client brands through joint media efforts and storytelling.
  • Identify and coordinate collaboration opportunities with complementary brands to extend reach and drive engagement.

Influencer Partnerships & Management:

  • Develop and manage influencer partnerships to boost brand visibility and audience engagement. Oversee contracts, content deliverables, and performance metrics for influencer campaigns.

Community Building & Management:

  • Cultivate engaged online communities, encourage user-generated content, and enhance brand advocacy.
  • Act as the brand voice in digital spaces, responding authentically to inquiries, feedback, and relevant conversations.

Brand Tone & Voice Consistency:

  • Ensure a strong, consistent voice that aligns with each client’s identity and objectives across all social media interactions.

Campaign Execution & Performance Optimization:

  • Plan and launch organic and paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter, optimizing for engagement, reach, and fundraising goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaign objectives, track performance, and adjust strategies as needed.

Social Listening & Real-Time Engagement:

  • Monitor brand mentions, conversations, and trends to inform strategy and enhance engagement opportunities.
  • Provide recommendations and respond effectively to trending topics, community feedback, and timely issues.

Crisis & Reputation Management:

  • Coordinate with PR teams and provide crisis response strategies to protect brand reputation in unexpected situations.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Use analytics tools to track and report on social media performance, deriving insights to refine strategies and measure campaign success.
  • Prepare regular reports on social metrics, highlighting achievements, trends, and areas for optimization.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in social media marketing, ideally within an agency or with nonprofit/charity clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in social media management, community building, and content creation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proven track record in managing influencer collaborations and working closely with PR agencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with paid social campaigns and budget management.


Additional Preferences:

  • Experience working with the Muslim audience is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar.
