We only use real loose-leaf tea, 100% fresh fruits and ingredients, organic dairy, and house-made cane sugar syrup to craft every drink. Our concept is to create an innovative and unique bubble tea experience and to brew irresistible aromatic teas.

**Position Overview**

We are looking for an entry-level to intermediate Social Media Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team and campaigns. You will be involved in creative tasks such as writing marketing copy, managing social media accounts (including creating images and videos) and coordinating photoshoots. You will communicate with the M Chá Bar Team Marketing team daily and report to the head of Marketing marketing at least once a week.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Collaborate with all levels of organization to create and execute marketing projects
- Create consistent and relevant marketing communications content with accordance to brand guidelines (e.g. social media graphics, reels, stories, in-store posters)
- Draft and edit marketing copy (e.g. social media posts captions)
- Post scheduled social media content in a timely manner
- Create and maintain web content
- Ensure a professional and friendly tone of voice on all social media platforms
- Conduct market research
- Track and improve the exposure of our marketing communications
- Liaise with external brands
- Participate in online team meetings (Google Meets)
- Present ideas to help elevate and promote the M Chá Brand

**Skills and Qualifications**
- University or Post-Grad applicants welcome
- Relevant experience (or passion) in marketing and/or bubble tea industry
- In depth knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g. Instagram, TikTok)
- Experience in identifying trends and creating IG Reels/TikToks
- Proficiency in photo and video editing (e.g. Canva & Adobe Creative Suite)
- Proficiency in web design using a content management system (e.g. Wix)
- Proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Excel)
- Excellent written, communication, and research skills
- Strong Attention to detail and an eye for design
- Strong ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Ability to meet assigned or agreed upon deadlines and provide regular status reports on work assignments
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to seek appropriate feedback and guidance when necessary
- Experience in Slack and Trello is an asset
- Experience in Search Engine Optimization is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
