Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Analysis:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and identify areas for SAP integration and optimization.
  • Solution Design and Implementation:
  • Design SAP solutions that meet business needs and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
  • Configure SAP modules, including but not limited to, FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and HCM.
  • Develop and maintain custom SAP programs using ABAP programming.
  • System Integration:
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP with other enterprise systems.
  • Develop and maintain interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
  • Provide ongoing technical support to resolve issues related to SAP functionality.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • User Training and Documentation:
  • Develop and deliver user training programs to ensure effective utilization of SAP solutions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations, customizations, and processes.
  • Project Management:
  • Lead and manage SAP implementation and upgrade projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement SAP enhancements to drive business efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP developments and industry trends to recommend and implement best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP Consultant, with a strong understanding of both technical and functional aspects of SAP.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization across multiple modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, etc.).
  • Strong programming skills in ABAP and experience with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience with SAP integration tools and middleware (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI).
  • Functional Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of business processes and how they are supported by SAP solutions.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Project management skills and experience leading SAP implementation projects.
  • Certifications:
  • SAP certification in relevant modules is highly desirable.
