Position: SAP HCM Functional Analyst

Location: Toronto

Term: Permanent

Schedule: Hybrid


We have a client in Toronto who is looking to hire an Senior SAP HCM Analyst to join their team They require a local resource who can work a hybrid schedule so MUST be based in the Greater Toronto area.


Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sr. HCM & Payroll Functional Analyst to work closely with the business process leads and end users to understand project and enhancement requirements


Qualifications:


The roles require expertise in SAP Payroll, Time Management, Benefits, and interface building experiences. Hands on experience in these areas, preferably with at least 2 end-to-end implementation and support projects preferred


  • 5 to 10 years’ experience with configuration in HCM & Payroll functional area
  • Demonstrates an understanding of Canadian payroll Tax rules and regulations to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Configure and customize PCRs within the SAP system to meet specific Canadian payroll requirements, such as deductions, taxes, and benefits calculations
  • University Degree in Computer Science or related area from an accredited institution.
  • Demonstrate a in a high-demanding environment, where managing multiple priorities, resolving issues promptly, and meeting challenging timelines in a fast-paced work setting are essential aspects of the role.
