We’re looking for a Podcast & Content Coordinator to take ownership of our podcast lifecycle and drive engaging content across platforms. If you have a passion for storytelling, audience engagement, and digital content creation, we’d love to have you on board.
Role Overview
The Podcast & Content Coordinator will manage the podcast process, including pre-production, distribution, promotion, and performance analytics. You’ll also repurpose content to drive engagement on LinkedIn, our primary platform, alongside other key channels. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter to play a critical role in our content strategy and elevate our brand as a global recruitment leader.
Key Responsibilities
Podcast Coordination:
- Upload podcast episodes to platforms like Spotify, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring seamless, high-quality uploads.
- Coordinate with editors and graphic designers to produce polished final videos, thumbnails, and 60-second promotional clips.
- Schedule and manage podcast recordings using tools like Calendly and Riverside.fm.
- Prepare interview scripts and show notes based on guest research and insights.
- Secure guest approvals and feedback before episode launches.
Content Creation & Distribution:
- Write engaging captions, incorporate relevant tags/hashtags, and create LinkedIn-first content strategies.
- Repurpose 60-second podcast highlights into 10-second reels for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn newsletters.
- Share podcast clips and key takeaways as LinkedIn articles and posts to amplify reach.
- Collaborate with our SEO team to optimize copy for greater visibility.
Analytics & Boosting:
- Manage LinkedIn ad boosts for podcast episodes, targeting decision-makers like hiring leaders, HR executives, and supply chain professionals.
- Analyze post performance and audience insights, reporting actionable strategies to improve engagement and reach.
Audience Engagement:
- Respond promptly to podcast and content engagements across platforms.
- Monitor LinkedIn and industry-specific trends to suggest innovative content strategies.
- Foster relationships with podcast guests and industry leaders to expand audience and credibility.
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years in content creation, social media management, podcast production, or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, and tools like Riverside.fm.
- Exceptional communication and copywriting skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Strong organizational abilities and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- An analytical mindset is used to measure content success and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in LinkedIn B2B content creation or audience growth strategies.
- Basic video editing skills or a willingness to learn.
- Creative flair for storytelling and audience engagement.
