About the Role

The role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-profile, complex structural design projects. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, analytical rigor, and a passion for innovative design to help deliver elegant, sustainable solutions across a range of sectors, including cultural, residential, commercial, and infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop structural designs and analysis for a variety of projects, from concept to construction.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
  • Provide technical expertise in material selection, sustainability considerations, and constructability.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve processes and outcomes.


About You

The successful candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise and creativity. Key qualifications include:

  • A Master's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, with a focus on structural systems.
  • Professional accreditation or eligibility for licensure in Ontario.
  • Proven experience in structural design and analysis, preferably on complex or iconic projects.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, Rhino, or similar tools).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to present ideas clearly.
  • A passion for innovative design and sustainable engineering solutions.
