We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Design Engineer to join our team at ASPECT Structural Engineers in Toronto, ON. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced structural engineer to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth of our company.

About the Role:

Job Description
  • Lead and manage projects from conceptual design to construction completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to deliver projects that meet client expectations and exceed industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, fostering trust and ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes and drive business growth.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • P.E. registration in Ontario or eligibility for accreditation within 6 months of hire date.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (structural focus) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5-7+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Proficiency in software applications such as RFEM, S-Concrete, and other similar structural analysis tools.
