About the Company

Our client is transforming how players connect with coaching in their sport. Backed by influential tech leaders, the company has already seen encouraging traction and is now positioned for its next growth phase. They’re seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the charge in scaling their reach, improving conversion rates, and fostering user loyalty.


The Role: Head of Growth Marketing

This role is central to the company’s growth strategy. You’ll focus on expanding the top of the funnel, driving conversions, and retaining a loyal user base, laying the foundation for long-term success.


What You’ll Do:

  • Grow Top of Funnel: Create and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to expand awareness and attract users through digital ads, content marketing, SEO, social media, and partnerships.
  • Optimize Conversion Rates: Refine acquisition efforts by optimizing campaigns, improving landing pages, and streamlining user onboarding to drive downloads and first-time purchases.
  • Foster Retention: Develop and implement strategies to keep users engaged, increase lifetime value, and build loyalty through personalized marketing and in-app experiences.
  • Collaborate & Execute: Partner with product and customer success teams to ensure a seamless and impactful customer journey.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in growth marketing for B2C apps or subscription-based services.
  • Strong expertise in user acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and retention strategies.
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making with a track record of measurable results.
  • Exceptional business acumen, with experience making high-level strategic decisions in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to thrive in a startup environment, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
