Are you a dedicated and experienced professional seeking a new challenge? We're currently looking for a skilled Finance Manager to join our client and oversee critical functions in Finance, Administration, and Personnel. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring efficient operations and adherence to company policies and procedures across a wide range of departments.


Responsibilities:

  • Financial Affairs and Accounting: Take charge of financial transactions, including invoice control, payment and collection proceedings, taxation, and cooperation with auditors and tax consultants.
  • Controlling: Provide support for strategic and operational planning, budgeting, cost accounting, and internal procedures and controls.
  • Inventory: Administer and control inventory for gearbox and motor parts, including monthly valuation and stocktaking.
  • Purchasing: Procure fixed assets and other items, excluding materials for customer orders.
  • Personnel Management: Plan personnel, develop payment principles, clarify legal and industrial law issues, administer training, and conduct performance measurements.
  • Organization: Continuously improve organizational procedures, enhance processes, ensure internal controls, and comply with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures.
  • EDP (Electronic Data Processing): Maintain the IT infrastructure, manage system operations, introduce and maintain software tools, and conduct employee training on IT security.
  • General Affairs: Oversee insurances and share responsibility for legal matters with the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in finance or related field; CPA designation preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
  • Familiarity with SAP is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
