Responsibilities:

  • Financial Affairs and Accounting: Take charge of financial transactions, including invoice control, payment and collection proceedings, taxation, and cooperation with auditors and tax consultants.
  • Controlling: Provide support for strategic and operational planning, budgeting, cost accounting, and internal procedures and controls.
  • Inventory: Administer and control inventory for gearbox and motor parts, including monthly valuation and stocktaking.
  • Purchasing: Procure fixed assets and other items, excluding materials for customer orders.
  • Personnel Management: Plan personnel, develop payment principles, clarify legal and industrial law issues, administer training, and conduct performance measurements.
  • Organization: Continuously improve organizational procedures, enhance processes, ensure internal controls, and comply with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures.
  • EDP (Electronic Data Processing): Maintain the IT infrastructure, manage system operations, introduce and maintain software tools, and conduct employee training on IT security.
  • General Affairs: Oversee insurances and share responsibility for legal matters with the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in finance or related field; CPA designation preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
  • Familiarity with SAP is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
